Plaintiffs in error, David B. Eaton, in his own right and as executor and trustee under the last will and testament of Martha E. Peek, deceased, and the other collateral heirs of the deceased, filed their bill in the circuit court of Ogle county against the Woman’s Home Missionary Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church and the collateral heirs of Frank F. Peek, deceased.
