On March 9, 1940, plaintiff was granted a decree of divorce from defendant. The decree provided that plaintiff was to have custody of the two minor children. Defendant was given the right to visit and be with the children at reasonable times and places. The decree also provided that defendant was to contribute the sum of five dollars per week for the support of the children.

In January, 1941, plaintiff filed a petition to modify the decree. The relief asked for was to deny defendant the right to visit the children, namely, Iva May Wallace, born in 1933, and Ella Minnie Wallace, born in 1938.…
