Bender, trustee of two trusts for-his children, appeals the judgment of the district court which held that the trusts, as purchasers of land conditioned on commitment of title, had sustained no legally cognizable damage caused by the negligence or breach of contract of defendants Kansas Secured Title and Abstract Co., Inc.
