CYR, Circuit Judge.

Commerce Bank and Trust Company (“Bank”) appeals a district court judgment affirming the dismissal by the bankruptcy court of adversary proceedings opposing appellees’ right to a discharge in bankruptcy and, alternatively, challenging the dis-chargeability of particular debts. We affirm.
