The Appellate Division has certified to us the following question: “ Is a non-resident party defendant who comes into this State for the sole purpose of hearing the argument of her appeal before the Appellate Division in another action immune from service of process while she is returning from the Appellate Division court house to her home outside the State in an action brought in the courts of this State? ”
