Substantial evidence supports the decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board finding that claimant failed to timely request a hearing challenging the August 14, 2002 initial determination ruling that she was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because she voluntarily left her employment without good cause.
