James W: Betson, charged with kidnapping Dr. James W. Parker and holding him for ransom in 1932, was found guilty by a jury in the circuit court of Peoria county and sentenced to the penitentiary for a term of twenty-five years. Pie seeks a reversal of the judgment by this writ of error.
The record shows that Dr. Parker was kidnapped from the drive of his home in Peoria about seven o’clock in the evening of March 14, 1932.
