Patchett, J.

Claimant seeks an award for serious personal injuries sustained as a result of a motorcycle accident. This occurred on Old Route 50 between Summerfield Road and New Route 50 at the intersection of the two roads.

Claimants exhibit 1 attached to the transcript in this case is a drawing of the intersection in question. New Route 50 runs in a generally southeast-northwest direction, and it is intersected by old Route 50 on the south. It is a “T” intersection.
