This is an application to vacate the order of one of the judges of the Court of General Sessions approving the direction of the grand jury that informations against the petitioners be filed and tried in the Court of Special Sessions, and to certify that it is reasonable that the charges against them be prosecuted by indictment and tried in the Court of General Sessions.
