— Concurring in the opinion by Mr. Justice Spencer, I am constrained to suggest additional legal grounds for affirmance, which impress me.
Conceding for the purpose of argument, that the contract in question, if it were free from fraud or misrepresentation in its inducement, might be prohibited on grounds of public policy, it would be so because of a public interest, but the public as such can have no interest in the inducement itself.
