Allstate Insurance Company (“Allstate”) appeals from an order confirming the appointment of an arbitrator chosen by Universal Reinsurance Corporation (“Universal”) over Allstate’s objection. Allstate contends that Universal lost the right to name an arbitrator when it tendered its selection three business days beyond the time permitted by the arbitration provisions of their reinsurance agreement.
