This is an appeal from a conviction, following a

jury trial in the District Court of Vermont, Unit No. 5, Washington Circuit, for obstructing pedestrian traffic with intent to cause public inconvenience or annoyance. Such intentional obstruction is one form of disorderly conduct prohibited by 13 V.S.A. § 1026. The relevant portions of this section provide:

A person who, with intent to cause public inconvenience, or annoyance ...:(5) Obstructs . . . pedestrian traffic, shall be imprisoned for not more than 60 days or fined not more, than $500.00 or both.

We affirm the judgment of the lower court.
