Plaintiff-Appellant Brenda Estrella appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Kuntz, J. ), affirming the Commissioner of Social Security's ("Commissioner") denial of disability benefits under Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act ("SSA" or "the Act"), 42 U.S.C. §§ 401 - 434 and 1381 - 1383.
