This appeal is from a judgment for costs in favor of four defendants: St. Rose of Lima Roman Catholic Church, Rt. Rev. Leonard J. Ripple, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, a corporation sole, and the Holy Name Society of St. Rose of Lima Roman Catholic Church, after the trial court sustained demurrers to a second amended declaration.
