In an action by a corporation, organized pursuant to the banking laws of this State, to recover on notes, the appeal is from an order denying appellant’s motion to change the place of trial from Kings County to Genesee County and granting respondent’s cross motion *675to change the venue to New York County. Order reversed, with $10 costs and disbursements, appellant’s motion granted, without costs, and respondent’s cross motion denied, without costs. Appellant was and is a resident of Genesee County.
