This action was commenced December 8,1896, to recover damages for unlawfully trespassing upon and entering the premises and dwelling house occupied by the plaintiff and her four children late on the evening of May 9, 1896, and making indecent demonstrations towards "the plaintiff, and thereby intentionally putting her in great fear and frightening her, and causing her great pain, suffering, mental anguish, humiliation, and mortification.
