The hill of complaint in this cause is filed by the township of Franklin, Hew Jersey, against its former tax coi lector to obtain a decree for money charged to have been collected and received by him by virtue of his office during the years 1893, 1894, 1895, 1896, 1897, 1898, 1899, 1900, 1901, 1902, 1903, 1904, 1905 and 1906, aggregating the sum of $153,413.64.
