The plaintiffs, Rodney Dean • Brunet and Nora Earlene Slaughter Brunet, individually and on behalf of their minor son, Rodney Darrell Brunet, appeal a judgment of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Central Louisiana Electric Company (CLECO), and dismissing their claims against it.
