¶47 (concurring) — I agree with the court’s decision and concur in the result reached by the court.

¶48 The present case is one of several cases that have come before the court involving the right to a public trial: State v. Sublett, 176 Wn.2d 58, 292 P.3d 715 (2012) (plurality opinion); State v.
