Plaintiffs, Baltimore Neighborhoods, Inc. (“BNI”) and Kevin Beverly bring this action against defendants LOB, Inc. and Lions Gate Garden Condominium, Inc. (“LGGCI”) alleging violations of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. § 12181 et seq., (“ADA”) and the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988 (“FHAA”), 42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq., as amended.
