Appeal from a modified order of the Family Court of Otsego County (Burns, J.), entered March 24, 2016, which, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 10, granted Katherine XX. ⅛ motion to hold respondent in willful violation of a prior order of protection.

Respondent and Katherine XX. (hereinafter the mother) are the parents of one child (born in 2000).
