Defendant is a resident of Wilson County. The District Attorney for the Tenth Judicial District, which includes only Wake County, brought this complaint against defendant, alleging a violation of North Carolina Election Laws, specifically the limitation on individual contributions to any candidate contained in G.S. 163-278.13.
