OPINION
NOVALYN L. WINFIELD, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came before the court at the confirmation hearing on the Debtors’ and the Creditors’ Committee’s joint plan of reorganization.
After considering the oral argument of counsel, the pleadings and legal memorandum submitted by the parties, this court rendered its oral opinion on July 18, 1992.
