Boyd (State Bar No. 201382), who was admitted to the Georgia Bar in December 2014, was in default as to the Bar’s previously filed formal complaint, which charged her with violations of Rules 1.4, 1.5 (b), 7.1, and 8.4 (a) (4) of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct (“GRPC”) found in Bar Rule 4-102 (d).
