This is a holdover summary eviction proceeding premised on the claim that respondent has sublet or assigned his rights of occupancy to his rent-stabilized apartment to other named individuals without permission of the landlord. Petitioner served a notice to cure alleging facts in support of its claim and requiring respondent to cure by a date certain.
