ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR DIRECTED VERDICT

The Plaintiff, MADELINE TARKA, sued the Defendants, CITIBANK (NEW YORK STATE), N.A., (hereinafter referred to as CITIBANK), and MID-STATE FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION (hereinafter referred to as MID-STATE) for damages resulting from forged indorsements on certain checks issued on certificate of deposit accounts belonging to Plaintiff.
