General Davis, Inc., the licensee, appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County which denied the licensee’s appeal from an order of an administrative law judge which fined the licensee $1,000.00 because it had violated Section 493(1) of the Liquor Code, Act of April 12, *2801951, P.L. 90, as amended, 47 P.S. § 4-493(1), (selling, furnishing and/or giving or permitting such sale, furnishing or giving of liquor or malt or brewed beverages to minors).
