SPEER, Justice.
This is an appeal by K. S. Richards from an adverse judgment entered by a district court in Tarrant County, Texas, in a suit instituted by appellee Frick-Reid Supply Corporation against Richards, W. A. Drury and R. B. Fields.
The record is a complicated one; many transactions between parties, as well as those between other concerns not involved in the case, are necessarily in the record, making it difficult to state the case in few words.
