A formal complaint was filed by the Mississippi Bar charging Attorney R with violating Rules 7.1(a), 7.2(f) and 7.4(a) and (b) of the Mississippi Rules of Professional Conduct which deals primarily with lawyer advertising and the failure to print the required disclaimer.
