Joshua L. Burch and Harriett H. Burch, in her own right and as the executrix of her husband, Smith Burch, filed a bill in the Circuit' Court of Duval county against Mary M. Christy and William H. Christy, husband of the said Mary. The bill alleges that on the 16th day of December, A.
