The questions to be determined in this case have been raised upon exceptions to rulings of the Court below in the coui’se of the trial of issues which originated in the Orphans’ Court of Frederick County upon a caveat, after probate, to the will of Peter Dudderar, deceased. There were three of these issues and they involved the inquiries; whether the testator had knowledge of the contents of the will, whether it was procured from him by undue influence, and whether he had' the requisite testamentary capacity at the time of its execution.
