It is clear that by the original bill in the divorce suit Jesse W. Scott claimed to be the owner of the entire farm and sought a reconveyance of it to him, and that by the supplemental bill he sought and claimed a right to an equitable division of the farm and personal property between himself and his wife. Section 17, chapter 40 of the revised statutes, entitled Divorce, is as follows: “Whenever a divorce is granted, if it shall appear to the court that either party holds the title to property equitably belonging to the other, the court may compel conveyance thereof to be made to the party…
