Randall Jones and Sandi Jones sued Dr. Mehdi Khorsandi and the North Central Medical Center alleging that Randall was sexually assaulted by Dr. Khorsandi while Randall was a patient at the medical center. The plaintiffs did not file an expert report under former TEX.REV.CIV. STAT. art. 4590i, § 13.01 (2003). 1 Conse quently, the Medical Center moved for dismissal.
