Appellant Jalmel Merriel pled no contest to trafficking in cocaine, reserving the right to appeal the dispositive denial of a motion to suppress incriminating evidence. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

BACKGROUND

On February 20, 2007, with his wife behind the wheel, Merriel left his home in the family car while law enforcement officers surveilled the property, suspicious that appellant was involved in the illegal drug trade.
