Lau, J.

Thomas Gauthier appeals his conviction for rape in the second degree. He argues (1) the prosecutor committed misconduct in closing argument, (2) he received ineffective assistance of counsel, and (3) prior convictions included in his offender score “washed out” under RCW 9.94A.525(2)(c). In a pro se statement of additional grounds, Gauthier alleges five other grounds for review. We conclude the prosecutor’s rebuttal closing argument was a fair response to defense counsel’s closing argument, Gauthier received effective assistance of counsel, and the trial court properly calculated…
