Appeal by the employer and its insurance carrier from a decision of the Workmen’s Compensation Board, filed February 14, 1974, which found causal connection between the claimant’s right leg phlebitis condition that caused a pulmonary infarction and disability and the nature of her employment so as to constitute an occupational disease.
