In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants Flik International Corp., and Price Waterhouse *773Coopers, LLP, separately appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Satterfield, J.), dated January 3, 2005, which denied their respective motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all cross claims insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs.
