Presently before this Court are motions by plaintiff Geoffrey Walton for attorney fees for Thomas D. Sutton (“Sutton”) (Document No. 28) and for Kenneth M. Kapner (“Kapner”) (Document No. 29), pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), 28 U.S.C. § 2412, the objections raised by Defendant Commissioner of Social Security, (“the Commissioner”), the responses and the supplemental motion for fees (Document No. 31). For the following reasons, Kapner will be awarded $15,156.13 in fees and $463.72 in costs, and Sutton will be awarded…
