McQUADE, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order denying the motion of defendants Hayes to set aside two judgments in a condemnation proceeding.

Defendant Florence Wylie, Faye Gregg, Grover Cleveland Gregg and Luther Mash-burn formerly owned certain ranch property in Benewah County; defendant The Federal Land Bank of Spokane held a mortgage on the premises.
