This is a review of a proceeding on suggestion. The summons on suggestion was issued in aid of the collection of an execution issued on a judgment rendered, April 10, 1958, in favor of R. S. Corson Company, Inc., a corporation, herein designated Corson, against White Appliance Company, a corporation, for $4,342.86, in the Circuit Court of Preston County.
