The contestant appeals from an order of the superior court admitting a will to probate, and from an order refusing her motion for a new trial.
Sarah Johnson died on May 19, 1905. The petition for probate of her will alleged that the will was in writing, was signed by her in her lifetime, and was duly attested by two subscribing witnesses, and that after her death it was willfully destroyed by Della Sherbourne, the contestant.
