Appellants, two members of Green River Club, a fishing and hunting club, brought this suit on September 22, 1944, in the lower court, asking for cancellation of a deed executed on September 18, 1940, by appellee, J. W. Holt, as president, and H. A. McMillan, deceased, as secretary, of said organization, by which deed the club conveyed to appellee, H. C. McGaughey, approximately one hundred acres in Arkansas county. An accounting of club funds was also asked by appellants.
