STARR, District Judge.

Appellant, having been granted leave by this court, appeals in forma pauperis from an order of the District Judge denying his motion, filed in pursuance of 28 U.S.C. § 2255, to vacate and set aside judgment of conviction and; the sentence ijmppsed upon him.
