We are called upon in this case to construe the language of two deeds, one dalted the 25th of November, 1865, and the other the 28th of the same month and year, and both of them and admitted to record a short time thereafter. Court was of the opinion that, by the terms 'of these deeds, .Susanna M. Hickson, the wife of B. L.
