*673ORDER DENYING CERTIFICATE OF APPEALABILITY*
John Wesley Radcliff, a federal prisoner proceeding pro se, seeks a certificate of appealability (COÁ) to appeal the district court’s denial of his motion filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. We deny a COA, but we also vacate the district court’s judgment and remand with instructions to dismiss Radcliffs motion for lack of jurisdiction.
