This is an appeal from the Outa-gamie circuit court, from an order overruling a demurrer to the plaintiff’s complaint.
The complaint alleges that the defendant, an organized town of the county of Outagamie, by an act of the legislature of the State of Wisconsin, approved on the 10th day of February, A.
