¶ 1. This appeal stems from Terry O. Johnson Jr. a/k/a Terry O Johnson’s convictions on May 28, 2010, in the Washington County Circuit Court for armed robbery, armed carjacking, kidnapping, burglary of a dwelling, and a sentence enhancement for the use of a firearm during the commission of armed robbery, armed carjacking, and kidnapping. On June 3, 2010, Johnson was sentenced to serve a total of fifteen years followed by five years of post-release supervision (PRS), all in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC).
