Before the Court are defendant’s motions to quash plaintiff’s garnishment of funds held in the defendant’s bank accounts at Merchants Bank (“Merchants”), Country Club Bank (“Country Club”) and Centerre Bank of Kansas City (“Centerre”). 1 Merchants Bank has intervened in this action pursuant to Rule 90.15 of the Missouri Rules of Civil Procedure.
