BRIGHT, Circuit Judge.

After a jury convicted Norma Hernandez of aiding and abetting the possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, the district court 1 granted Hernandez’s motion for judgment of' acquittal. The government appeals, arguing that it presented sufficient evidence at trial to allow a reasonable jury to find Hernandez guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
