The question presented on appeal is whether the district court properly granted defendant-appellee’s motion for a summary judgment in a diversity action alleging tor-tious breach of contract by an insurance company in handling a claim by plaintiff-appellant under the uninsured motorist provisions of an automobile insurance policy. We reverse.
